All artwork available on this website—including original paintings, prints, drawings, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of Ivanka-Pufkus-Art and is protected under international copyright law.

  1. Ownership & Rights
    Purchasing artwork (physical or digital) grants the buyer a personal-use license only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain solely with the artist.

  2. Personal Use
    Buyers may:

  • Display physical artwork in their private space.

  • Download and print digital artwork for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Share images of the artwork online (e.g., on social media), provided proper credit is given to Ivanka-Pufkus-Art and no alterations (such as removal of signatures or watermarks) are made.

  1. Prohibited Uses
    Buyers may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or license the artwork in any form.

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., in logos, merchandise, advertisements, or publications) without prior written permission from the artist.

  • Modify the artwork or create derivative works for distribution or sale.

  1. Non-Commercial Exceptions
    Use of the artwork in non-commercial contexts (e.g., personal blogs, educational materials, or presentations) may be permitted with credit and prior approval. Please use the contact form for permission.

  2. Copyright Infringement
    Unauthorized use or reproduction of any artwork from this website constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns on Digital Prints

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital prints. If you experience technical issues downloading your file, please contact us for assistance.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by using the contact form.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. No General Returns for Undamaged Items

All sales of original paintings, prints, and drawings are final unless they arrive damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours (e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
