Purchasing artwork (physical or digital) grants the buyer a personal-use license only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain solely with the artist. -
Personal Use
Buyers may:

Refund & Return Policy
1. No Returns on Digital Prints
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital prints. If you experience technical issues downloading your file, please contact us for assistance.
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. No General Returns for Undamaged Items
All sales of original paintings, prints, and drawings are final unless they arrive damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
